The AgAu Global Producer Fund and the AgAu Global Producer (Master) Fund (Funds) are only open for a limited period. Both Funds are Cayman regulated mutual fund companies. Each of the Funds are also open for direct investment by appropriate and eligible investors. The directors of the Funds reserve the right to close the Funds at any time to new investors.
